Digital products

All Pretty Planned products are digital files (PDF). No physical item is shipped.

 

 

Delivery

As soon as your payment is confirmed, you receive your files in two ways:

• By email, sent to the address used at checkout, with your download links.
• On the order confirmation page and anytime in My Account → Downloads.

Delivery is immediate. If you don’t see the email within 30 minutes, check your spam folder or contact us at hello@prettyplanned.com.

 

Refunds

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, refunds work as follows:

• Not downloaded yet: if you bought by mistake and haven’t downloaded the files, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
• Already downloaded: once a file has been downloaded, the product is considered delivered and can’t be returned, so no refund is issued. Our system records every download for each order.
• Problem with your file: if a file is damaged, incomplete or won’t open, contact us. We’ll send a working file or refund you if we can’t fix it.

 

How to request a refund

E-mail hello@prettyplanned.com with your order number and the reason. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, and the time to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
