Are your products physical or digital?

All our products are digital PDF files. Nothing is shipped to your address.

 

How do I receive my files?

Right after your payment is confirmed, you get an email with your download links. You can also download them on the order confirmation page and anytime in My Account → Downloads.

 

I didn’t get the email. What should I do?

Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it isn’t there after 30 minutes, email hello@prettyplanned.com with your order number and we’ll send your files.

 

Can I print the planners?

Yes. Print as many copies as you like for personal use, at home or at a print shop. Paper size: A5.

 

Can I use them on a tablet?

Yes. The files are PDFs, so you can open them in any PDF reader or import them into note-taking apps that accept PDF, such as GoodNotes or Notability.

 

Are the planners dated?

No. They are undated, so you can start any day of the year and reuse them as often as you want.

 

How many times can I download my files?

Each file can be downloaded up to 5 times from your account. Save a copy on your device or cloud storage after downloading.

 

Can I get a refund?

If you haven’t downloaded the files yet, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Once downloaded, the product is considered delivered and isn’t refundable. See our Refund & Delivery Policy.

 

Can I share or resell the files?

No. Your purchase is a personal license. Sharing, reselling or distributing the files isn’t allowed. See our Terms and Conditions.

 

Which currencies can I pay in?

You can view prices and pay in Brazilian reais (BRL) or US dollars (USD). Use the currency selector on the side of the page.
